We are looking for a Credit Manager to facilitate lending for our clients by assessing creditworthiness and processing relevant paperwork.
Credit Officer responsibilities include preparing loan applications, evaluating clients’ financial information and calculating risk ratios. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of lending procedures and customer service experience.
Ultimately, you will help our clients acquire loans in a timely manner, while ensuring we comply with the law.
Responsibilities
• Review loan requests
• Assess clients’ financial status
• Evaluate creditworthiness and risks
• Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation
• Analyze risks and approve or reject loan requests
• Calculate financial ratios (e.g. credit scores and interest rates)
• Maintain updated records of loan applications
• Follow the reloan cases and disburse the same on time
Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer or similar role
• Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
• Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
• Strong analytical skills
• Customer service experience
• BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics or related field

Requirements and skills
• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
• People oriented and results driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
Collections Officer Responsibilities:
• Reviewing the customer payment
• Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue payments
• Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
• Negotiating suitable payment plans.
• Maintaining customer payment records.
• Recovery for overdue payment of customers
Collections Officer Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience working as a Collections Officer.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Recovery Process
